Exchange and Refunds

Returns and Refunds Policy

VitaminMe gladly provides refunds and pays for the return postage on all products that fall within one of the following categories:

  • Product has been "damaged in transit"
  • Product is faulty due to a cause occuring prior to purchase
  • Product that could be considered to be of un-merchantable quality

If you decide that you simply no longer want the product and it is in a re-sellable condition (ie hasn't been tampered with) then you can post it back and we will happily exchange it for another product. Please note in this instance postage costs will be covered by the customer.
